So how can you contribute as part of the ShareFile team? We are searching for someone who can help us make a little magic for our customers and their clients every day. We want someone who exhibits a solid foundation of technical skills relevant to the competencies below and shows a proactive attitude towards problem-solving, learning and development.



Technical Competency:


• Deliver high quality code consistent with design patterns, security, performance expectations of the team.
• Add necessary unit and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews and other knowledge sharing platforms.
• Work with other senior leads in breaking down large initiatives to milestones.



People & Process:


• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to clarify and address any uncertainties.
• Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies as needed.



Basic Qualifications:



• Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science engineering or related fields.
• At least 2+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficient with at least 2 or more of the following technologies: C# Net, NET Microservices, Asp .NET Core
• Experience in any javascript based frontend technology like ReactJS, EmberJS, AngularJS etc.
• Experience working with unit test frameworks
• Analyze, design and implement RESTful services and APIs.


Preferred Qualifications:



• Knowledge of Agile development practices.
• Familiarity with cloud services, docker, CI/CD processes.
• MongoDB or any NoSQL experience
