- The candidate has worked in a distributed teams; environment where the team is distributed across various geographies, and the use of collaboration tools was essential for high-performance teams
- A credible opinion on important ways to do peer, code, and design reviews, and a demeanour of helping and guiding others to do a better job.
- Proactive in communication with emphatic clarity
- Architected an enterprise software/sub-system from scratch.
- Designed APIs with an explainable and repeatable pattern and domain ecosystem
- Part of a team where the team deployed their software using a CI/CD pipeline in a K8s cluster. The CD part utilized a container-based mechanism/repository to promote deployments.
- Credible experience in promoting test automation
- Java
- Springboot
- Elastic Search / Open Search
- Observability / Telemetry
- Cloud First Applications(AWS)
- Unit Testing with Mocking
- ElastiCache and Redis
