Description:\xef\x82\xb7 You have 6+ years of experience in building scalable, enterprise-grade applications with a history of
writing clean, testable code.
\xef\x82\xb7 6+ years of hands-on experience with one or more programming languages, preferably Java 8 and
beyond.
\xef\x82\xb7 You have been building and deploying applications from start to finish, as well as APIs for internal and external consumption.
\xef\x82\xb7 You are proficient in building scalable and robust server-side Java applications using Spring framework.
\xef\x82\xb7 You have an awareness of event-based systems, functional programming, and messaging frameworks such as ActiveMQ.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with high-level performance optimization and troubleshooting bottlenecks Java, including advanced topics like performance optimization, multithreading, and synchronization.
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of Docker, React, Kubernetes, Microservices is a plus.
\xef\x82\xb7 You have a good working knowledge of Relational Databases (preferably MySQL & Oracle) and SQL.
\xef\x82\xb7 You care about code quality and have experience developing unit tests using standard automation frameworks, such as JUnit. You should also have experience using mock objects. We highly value well-tested code.
\xef\x82\xb7 You have some experience with Docker and concepts related to containerization.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in cloud technologies and practices, building applications using services such as AWS S3, EC2, DynamoDB, Lambda, EKS, Cloud Formation, etc. is a plus.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, or Agile practices is a plus.

\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure designs meet specifications and are elegantly crafted, testable, and efficient.
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with program or product managers to provide significant contributions on technical elements of sprint/iteration planning, estimation, risk, dependencies, and user stories definition.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.
\xef\x82\xb7 Contribute to requirements analysis, design, development, and post-production support.
\xef\x82\xb7 Take ownership of performance and optimization problems, particularly at large scale, and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems.
\xef\x82\xb7 Help to define and improve our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.
