:A Software Engineerxe2x80x99s role is to design, develop, and maintain our software application. They use their creativity and technical skills to help tackle new and ongoing problems for an organization. You are aware that high-performing teams are only as strong as their weakest link.You believe in continuous improvement and request frequent feedback from others.What youxe2x80x99ll do:Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including implementation, testing, and deployment.Write unit tests, perform code reviews, and participate in design discussions about architecture, data shape, and business logicSupport team in product maintenance by resolving bugs, implementing updates to dependencies, and other various improvements as needed to ensure that our product continues to function as expected.Support team in creating and maintaining team documentation including user manuals and other related materials that describe the software architecture and functionality that your team supports.Experience youxe2x80x99ll bring:Experience working collaboratively with Agile or Kanban development teams.Help design, build, and support performant distributed systemsDemonstrated ability writing unit tests, performing code reviews, and participating in design discussions about architecture, data shape, and business logic.Requirements:Requires a minimum of 3+ Years of related or equivalent experience; a Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in engineering.Demonstrability to take on challenges by pairing with other engineers as well as working independently.Hands-on experience with one or more technologies in our tech stack - iOS application development with Swift and SwiftUI, knowledge on KMP is an add-on.Understand topics related to platform scale, security, availability, deployment and operations.Travel Requirements:While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important.
