- Exceptional Troubleshooting Experience, Skilled in SQL and Front end application workflow.
- Understanding of database and table structure.
- Ability to troubleshoot errors, identify processes impacting performance, connect to databases hosted by the client.
- Identify client network connectivity issues, install applications.
- Ability to assist with login and password issues for patients, providers and office staff.
- EHR & PM
- Clinical Templates (ACE)
- Patient Portal (Patient Experient Platform)
- Virtual Visits (Patient Experience Platform)
- Mobile
- Utilities (HQM, Dashboard, NextPen, etc.)
- Interfaces
- Template Editor
- Must be a Graduate.
- Must have 1-3 years.
- Willing to work in Night Shift.
