:Job SummaryAs a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within Story, Commercial Bank Digital technology team, you are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm\'s business objectives. You will be working interfacing multiple systems.Job responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Operations and Technology partners around the world, implement best practices across the entire project team
• Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
• Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development
• Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems
• Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture
• Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies
• Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
• Hhands-on programming/application development experience with Java eco-system and associated tooling (Core & EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, workflows, JMS, Mule, Kafka etc)
• Experience in UI/UX (React JS, Angular or equivalent), Web Technologies (JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, JSON, REST, SOAP)
• Experience in SCM / DevOps / CI/CD tools & process (GIT/Bitbucket, Maven, Ant, Jenkins, Sonar), Testing tools & frameworks (Jasmin/Karma, JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber, Mockito), Agile Methodology and Tools (JIRA)
• Experience with MicroServices Event Architecture, Cloud Platforms, Container/Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry)
• Hands on experience in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines.
• Should know application architecture and design.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms, Container/Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible Jenkins
• Either Go (Programming Language) or Python (Programming Language), Cloud Computing, Git and Bash
