We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to take your software engineering career to the next level. As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Intelligent Solutions team, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s business objectives. Job responsibilities

• Evaluates existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation
• Works towards overall governance, compliance of the Platform (CI/CD, Role based access, Regulatory Requirements etc), handling Platform Upgrades as well.
• Works with a Center of Excellence mindset acting as a design authority to inculcate best practices, re-usability at a firmwide level.
• Integrates Power Automate with other Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel) for seamless data exchange, using connectors and API\'s.
• Stays abreast of the latest Power Automate features and industry trends, incorporating best practices into our solutions.
• Designs common data models with strong knowledge of relational database concepts.
• Designs and implements fault-tolerant architectures and disaster recovery strategies to minimize service disruptions and data loss risks for Power Automate services

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
• Experience in handling Admin Roles, doing Setups, User Groups tenant admin, environment admin roles.
• Expert knowledge of Power Automate and the broader Microsoft Power Platform delivery and execution experience at large enterprise organizations.
• Strong understanding of business process automation concepts.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (e.g., Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Developer)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
• Exposure to cloud technologies
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Microsoft Azure Certifiication
