Manages the bank\xe2\x80\x99s award-winning websites and e-Commerce initiatives, leading the technology trends in virtual financial centers and new generation of ATM customer experience.This role requires to design, develop and deploy time critical initiative projects in Authentication technologies under Authhub team, perform Feature lead role. The role is responsible for

• Providing leadership, technical direction, and oversight to a team as they deliver technology solutions.
• Developing solutions and processes for delivering features based on their knowledge of design/architectural patterns and Agile/DevOps practices.
• Ensures the systems design and requirements are aligned to achieve the desired business outcomes, and that team practices and coding/quality principles are aligned to achieve the desired technology outcomes.
• Must have built significant experience in authentication platforms through multiple implementations with both depth and breadth in a number of technical competencies.
• To be an individual contributor to the identified stories
• Taking primary ownership for Integrated and Independent quarterly Project releases and involving all high level meetings with onsite team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and release solutions to given requirements
• Assign and guide team members on stories.
• Support team members for technical challenges / domain process flow.
• Involve in Design level / story level changes meeting with onsite team.
• Participating in regular technical discussion calls.
• SME (Subject Matter expert) in Contact center and Financial center Authentication mechanisms
• Pulling Feature level stories and delivering it (Feature lead role )
• Closely working with onsite team for deliverables ( Feature grooming / story grooming / architecture design / sprint planning meetings )
• Innovate and develop Automated tools for faster development

RequirementsEducation:

• B.E./ B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech/BSC/MSC/BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)

Certifications If Any: N/AExperience Range: 9 to 12 yearsFoundational Skill:

• At least 8+ years of experience in Development and designing solutions.
• 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Java, oAuth2, Spring Framework, Oracle
• Knowledge of Authentication Omni channels, Java authentication frameworks especially in Biometric authentication algorithms is must
• Deep understanding of OO design, strong programming skills with Java

• Knowledge of using one or multiple J2EE application servers
• Experience of using relational database and SQL skills
• Expert Knowledge in J2EE technologies
• Experience with development models such as Agile and SDLC
• Knowledge of test driven development
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Familiar with development tools Perforce, Maven, Eclipse or similar tools
• Experience working with the global delivery model
