The role requires expertise in modern web technologies and frameworks, with a focus on creating efficient, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. The position demands the ability to work independently on complex tasks, solve intricate problems, design program flow, implement effective coding practices, and conduct thorough unit testing.Responsibilities :Design and develop high-quality, scalable front-end solutions using React, TypeScript, and related technologiesCollaborate closely with UX designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfacesDevelop and maintain reusable component libraries to ensure consistency across projectsImplement state management solutions to handle complex application states efficientlyWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standardsConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersTroubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues across various browsers and devicesOptimize application performance for maximum speed and scalabilityWork independently on assigned tasks while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsMentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growthStay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end developmentParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deploymentContribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions for front-end projectsEnsure proper unit testing and integration testing of developed componentsAll other duties as assignedRequirements5+ years of Software Engineering experience with a focus on front-end technologiesBS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience requiredExpert proficiency in React, including advanced concepts and best practicesStrong experience with Node.js for front-end tooling and server-side renderingAdvanced knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+)Expertise in state management solutions (e.g., Redux, MobX, Recoil)Experience in developing and maintaining component librariesProficiency in working with design tools like Figma and translating designs into codeStrong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibilityExperience with modern build tools and module bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Rollup)Proficiency in CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS) and CSS-in-JS solutionsKnowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQLUnderstanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practicesFamiliarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)Knowledge of version control systems, preferably GitUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines for front-end projectsFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively with diverse groups, including designers, back-end developers, and product managersProactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologiesAttention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality codeTime management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyPassion for creating exceptional user experiencesWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
