As a Engineer II, you will be working in a product development team while collaborating with other developers, management, and customer support teams. You will have an opportunity to participate in developing application/forms utilized by product line.

Responsibilities

• Write well designed, testable, efficient, high quality code base by using industry standard software development practices using Java.
• Development using other technologies too like C#/.Net
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
• Understand the specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
• Create and maintain software documentation.
• Obtain a thorough understanding of the partner and internal business.
• Collaborate closely with groups in and outside the development team.
• Analyse, design, develop and unit test applications and tools with high quality and on schedule. Build and release updates to the web applications.
• Recognize urgency from a business-impact level and act accordingly.
• Maintain and promote consistent behaviours and delivery across the team.
• Easily able to Adapt/enhance existing and develop new engineering processes & tools.
• Follows code management and best engineering practise.

Knowledge and Experience

• 4+ Year Experience in Developing Software & Enterprise Applications.
• Experience in object-oriented design and development with languages .Net.
• Able to understand databases and write the SQL queries.
• Hands on experience with Web Applications programming languages.
• Able to learn and deliver under guidance.
• Understanding of HTTP/S and Web-based application architecture
• Must have a strong understanding general web functions and standards.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver working solutions on a tight schedule.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• BE / BS or higher education in Computer Science preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• US Mortgage domain experience is added advantage.
