As a Software Engineer II at JPMorgan Chase within the INTELLIGENT SOLUTIONS team, you are part of an agile team that works to enhance, design, and deliver the software components of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s state-of-the-art technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. As an emerging member of a software engineering team, you execute software solutions through the design, development, and technical troubleshooting of multiple components within a technical product, application, or system, while gaining the skills and experience needed to grow within your role. Job responsibilities

• Evaluates existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Handles Platform Upgrade for better security & stability.
• Works towards overall governance, compliance of the Platform (CI/CD, Role based access, Regulatory Requirements etc)
• Works with a Center of Excellence mindset acting as a design authority to inculcate best practices, re-usability at a firmwide level.
• Supports the Design and development of efficient and scalable Power Automate flows following best practices, having a strong knowledge on Relational database concepts.
• Integrates Power Automate with other Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Power BI) for seamless data exchange, using connectors and API\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Stays abreast of the latest Power Automate features and industry trends, incorporating best practices into our solutions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience
• Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Excellent communication skills and work as a team.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (e.g., Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Developer)
• Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Expert knowledge of Power Automate and the broader Microsoft Power Platform delivery and execution experience at large enterprise organizations.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
• Exposure to cloud technologies
• Microsoft Azure Certified is a plus.
• Exposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
