The Data Integrity and Computer System Validation (CSV) team, part of BMS\xe2\x80\x99 Global Manufacturing IT organization, is seeking an IT Compliance Engineering to meet evolving and growing needs for IT/Compliance across the company\xe2\x80\x99s manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will apply their compliance/validation skills to validate manufacturing and laboratory systems to support BMS\xe2\x80\x99 worldwide manufacturing operations directly.

The AEM Senior Developer should have a solid understanding of web development processes from inception to deployment. This role will require excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility due to the changing needs of the business. This individual should be able to translate our customer needs into functional and appealing websites and aspire to combine usability and accessibility with visual designs. This role should be able to create a functional and attractive digital environment for our company, ensuring great user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze application requirements and provide recommended design to support the business

Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support

As a member working in a team environment, you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design

Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse

Integration of existing/new Web applications with backend databases (internal and external)

Work in a collaborative coding environment with knowledge of CI pipelines, GIT, SVN and deployments

Strong Technical writing skills for updating supporting documentation, Knowledgebase articles etc.

Follow Agile development practices for project execution

Provide technical support and training to appropriate stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

Undergraduate degree in the field of Information Technology or Computer Science from an accredited university

4+ years of experience implementing Adobe AEM and/or AEM as a Cloud Service.

5+ years software development experience

5+ years with J2EE programming experience required

2+ years of experience in Adobe Assets and Adobe Analytics

Hands on AEM and J2EE codding experience is must

Experience with Full Stack AEM to include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular.

Required understanding of AEM building blocks, CRX repository, leveraging web content management components for customization and porting of websites.

Setup and configure Authoring and Publishing environments, replication agents and Expertise in developing integrated business applications using Hibernate, Spring framework and Web Services

Experience in Workflow development and integrating AEM with other applications.

Have a good understanding of AEM Mobile development concepts like server-side Mobile API, Mobile Components, Emulators, Device Groups, Device Detection and Mobile request processing and have a good understanding of implementing Social Collaboration within AEM.

Experience implementing web content management systems in a large corporate environment.

Agile certification and prior experience of scrum master will be plus point

Experience of JIRA and Confluence for the management of Agile projects

Experience building, deploying, and supporting Internet-facing applications

Excellent estimation abilities in scoping work in a complex environment

Experience mentoring junior developers, code reviews etc.

Experience working with geographically separate project teams

IT experience in Pharma or Biotech domain will be plus
