Manages the bank\xe2\x80\x99s award-winning websites and e-Commerce initiatives. Responsible for the technology that drives key client-facing platforms and channels across Retail, Preferred, and GWIM including our Digital, Online, Mobile, Contact Center and Voice, Payments and Commerce, Fraud, Financial Center and Architecture Technologies*The individual will be part of Front End development team. He/She should have Basic Node.js experience along with excellent Java Script and java experience to help build and scale an Enterprise web platform. He/She will be required to collaborate with both internal and external global teams across various locations for the project delivery.Responsibilities*

  • Develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain and test software applications that support business units or supporting functions
  • Provide review and assessment service to the peer team adding value to the overall business. (Architecture, design, code, QA and implementation)
  • Work in Agile and SDLC methodologies to own and deliver the value added services
  • Deliver smooth and seem less integrations across frontend, middleware and back end systems
  • Establish and practice industry standards, best practices and guidelines in technology, process
  • Support R&D based front-end work to bring new technologies/solution
Requirements*Education*
  • Graduation / Post Graduation
  • Certifications If Any: UI/JavaScript certifications
Experience Range*
  • 9 - 13 Years
Foundational Skills*
  • Multiple years\xe2\x80\x99 experience coding HTML, CSS and Javascript with a focus on Javascript (skill set more important than years for all technologies listed)
  • Experience with JQuery library required
  • Experience with newer front end technologies - HTML5 and CSS3 (preprocessors a plus) and new design patterns (responsive, MVC, etc)
  • Experience with modern Javascript front-end frameworks a plus (Angular, React)
  • Experience working with Node Js, Handlebars and component based architecture.
  • Experience working in a corporate IT environment with software tools used for design, build, test and debug
  • Experience designing and implementing APIs using AJAX with back end teams
  • Expert in user interface development, engineering cross-device, cross-browser compliant code
  • Writes high-quality, semantic, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Knowledge of web accessibility and requisite coding standards; screen readers and keyboard focus
  • Enterprise exposure in defect resolution up and down UI ~ from the http header to AJAX failures and OS/browser anomalies
  • Clear communication. Design documentation, cross-team communication and user experience reviews require spot-on written and verbal communication
Desired Skills*
  • Experience with modern UI build frameworks a plus (Node, Grunt, Gulp)
  • Experience working in an Agile environment preferred
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher, in Computer Science preferred (not required but a plus)
  • Experience with modern Responsive Web Design using Foundation
