Cyber Security technology function is responsible of development and maintenance of security products across Bank of America. Team works on various security products and also develops in-house products.*GIS Security Awareness for Everyone (SAFE) is responsible for cybersecurity annual compliance training content for the enterprise, education delivered through social engineering simulation programs, remedial training content for GIS repeat offenders and LOB requested training. The primary objective of SAFE is to build a strong cyber culture by developing employee cyber security awareness, proficiency, and personal accountability.The team hosts monthly webinars on emerging cybersecurity threats, distributes monthly educational resources through SAFE highlights and maintains a library of cybersecurity educational content for the enterprise (u.go/SAFE). In partnership with subject matter experts across GIS, SAFE will develop LOB or threat focused materials for LOB or Market presentations. SAFE teammates are available for in person or virtual team events on cybersecurity.GIS Security Awareness for Everyone (SAFE) is seeking a teammate with an interest in learning about cybersecurity awareness programs and the operational activities to measure effectiveness. Through data driven activities supporting data quality / effectiveness of programs teammate will develop an understanding of human behaviors. Once behaviors are understood, there is opportunity identify ongoing program improvements, targeted learning opportunities and focus areas for training content designed by SAFE.Responsibilities*Phishing Simulation Program:QA routines. Both pulling data and verifying.Metrics - Pulling, digesting and graphically presenting results.Vishing Simulation ProgramVerifying dataMetrics review and creationWeekly post-vishing emailsSAFE Program data:Pull, evaluate and prepare data from SharePoint site (SAFE Center) usage.Pull, evaluate and prepare data usage of the Flagscape pages.Requirements*Education* B.E/ B.TechCertifications If Any N/AExperience Range* 2+ YearsFoundational skills*

• Intermediate to advance level of Excel knowledge.
• Beginner to intermediate MS Access (or willingness to learn)
