We aim to simplify the complex and cumbersome enterprise Java application development process by offering a framework that offers solutions for Resilience, Observability, Secrets Stores, Deployments and many more. A key success measure is to decrease the number of decisions that a developer is required to make without necessarily losing flexibility and don\'t repeat yourself (DRY) principles and reducing overall application development cost by promoting reuse.The Role: We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Core Services team, focusing on developing innovative cloud-native frameworks and platforms. You will play a crucial role in enhancing application development processes and driving impactful projects across the financial services sector. Software Development Engineer / Associate Software Engineer / DevOps Engineer*The job title is subject change that depends on the role under different teamKey Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable and resilient technical solutions.
• Lead the development of cloud-native products and microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product vision and objectives.
• Champion DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues while providing technical support.

What We\'re Looking For: We need talented, passionate team members who can help us solve the User Workflow and Analytical problems and develop products that provide best customer experience using the latest technologies in Data Engineering, Web Development, Automation, UI/UXQualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master\'s preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, DevOps or Testing.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and frameworks (Spring, React).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
