Summary: What you need to know about the role:The job description is seeking a 2-5 years experienced engineer who can independently design, code, and test complex features. They should also have experience leading and mentoring other engineers and building engineering teams. The engineer will drive both technology and product innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development. They should be a technical subject matter expert and represent the full internal and external capabilities of the platform. The engineer should be able to drive complex architectural discussions involving multiple systems and identify any product/functionality gaps. They will collaborate with internal product and technology teams to define necessary development for solution delivery. The engineer will also drive integration efforts and lead critical work streams of strategic initiatives. (Data structures, Algorithms, OS, Databases).
