Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company headquartered in Gurugram, India. Our team consists of highly focused and motivated professionals with extensive expertise in parking management. We specialise in preventing unauthorised parking across commercial properties, residential complexes, and other locations. Indus Parking Services manages the entire parking enforcement process efficiently and also provides operational support to Euro Parking Services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Software Engineer to join us, who will contribute their experience and technical expertise while leading and mentoring teams on multiple projects.

Position Overview:

As a Software Engineer at Indus Parking Services, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software systems that support our parking management solutions. This role demands a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality software solutions.

As a Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications in line with business requirements.

Writing clean, scalable, and efficient code using a variety of programming languages.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver software solutions.

Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving software issues.

Ensuring the maintenance and performance optimization of applications.

Leading and managing a team of software developers, providing mentorship and support to ensure successful project delivery and team development.

The ideal candidate working as a Software Engineer will display:

Strong leadership and team management skills , with the ability to coordinate tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are met effectively.

Excellent proficiency in the following programming languages and technologies:

o .NET

o HTML/CSS

o Visual Basic

o C#

o SQL

o ASP.NET

o Angular

o REST API

Proven experience in handling 4 or more mini-projects with successful completion and delivery.

Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.

7-8 years of experience in software development, including experience managing teams.

Strong command of programming languages and development tools, with expertise in the technologies listed above.

Experience in working on multiple projects, from design to deployment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
