A Day in the Life

Our Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer - Full Stack User Interface (UI) to join our team. As a Software Engineer - Full Stack User Interface (UI) you will be responsible for developing and implementing full stack applications to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and develop UI, UX, software solutions, and deploy them into production. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions, contribute to the development of innovative data products and develop advanced analytical models and actionable insights that fuel our growth and optimize our operations.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into software solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX), full stack software solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Use software design principles to develop production ready code.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in UI, UX, full stack software development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Document and communicate software solutions, methodologies, and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior software engineers - Full Stack UI UX developers.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• We're looking for someone with 5-7 years of experience in Software Development - Full Stack UI UX.
• Hands-on experience with Python Panel.
• Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools and CI/CD (GitHub Action, GitLab).
• Familiarity with messaging platforms like Kafka.
• Experience in web analytics, accessibility, standards, and SEO techniques.
• Expert in deploying, scaling, and monitoring ML web applications.
