• Drivedeliveryoftheentireapplicationdevelopmentlifecycleofproductfeatures,including coding, debugging, architecture strategy, and product improvements
• Leadcode/designreviewstoensuresmooth projectexecutionandaccurateplanning
• Ensureproperleveloftestingcoverage acrossfeaturesandfunctionswithatestfirstmindset
• Collaboratesacross engineering,product,anddesigntogatherandaddresstechnicalanddesign requirements
• Liaisewithdevelopers,designers,andproductmanagers toidentifynewareasforimproving product features
• Mindsetoflearningandcuriosity,includingstayinguptodatewithnewtechnologiesto constantly innovate our front-end platform
• Buildreusablecodeandlibrariesforfutureuse
• Providedocumentation,coaching,training,andsupporttointernalteams whereneeded
• Enhancedevelopmenttoolsandtestcoverage toimprovetheoverallefficiencyofourfront-end platform
• Accountableforoverallapplicationhealthandmonitoringofourplatform includingescalatingto proactively address customer facing issues
• Own,troubleshoot,anddriveclientissues toresolution,includingnewandexisting features
• Participateinon-callrotation aspartofadefined supportstructure
• Conductinterviewswithpotential candidates
• Optimizeuserexperiencesbyconsideringperformance,accessibility,andresponsivenessinthe development process

Job Requirement: * Atleast5years ofexperienceinsoftwaredevelopmentorarelated field

• Bachelorsdegreeinengineering,CS,physics,math,statistics,oranotherrelated field or equivalent work experience
• Strongprogrammingskillsinfront-endlanguages(HTML,CSS,JavaScript/TypeScript),with experience as a front-end developer
• StrongprogrammingskillsinmodernJavaScriptframeworks(e.g.,React,Angular,Vue)
• In-depthunderstandingoftheentirefront-end featuredevelopmentprocess(design, development, deployment, maintenance, and strategy)
• Experienceworking withCI/CDframeworks
• Experiencewithfront-endA-Btesting,test-drivendevelopment,and/orautomation
• Collaborativeproblem solvingattitudeandwillingtotakeavarietyofapproaches
• Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills, withexperienceproviding technicalinput
• Abilitytoworkcross-functionallywithengineering,product, designandcustomers tobuildand maintain quality product features
• Analyticalandtimemanagementskills,withtheabilitytodelivervalueindependently
• Abilitytoparticipateinon-callrotation
