You will be enthusiastic about making contributions that help the team meet the challenges we face, delivering high-quality software within a complex business domain. The role expects you to be conversant with modern software engineering principles such as CI/CD pipelines, TDD etc to deliver high-quality software that accurately represents the business domainWhat you will do:You\'ll take ownership of your work from elaboration to delivery. You\'ll take requirements and develop & extend solutions, test them and work with our stakeholders to deliver them. You\'ll work closely with others and be able to suggest improvements to all aspects of the development process and product.Interact with our senior developers and Technical Leads to analyze needs and requirements.Design and code solutions to meet these requirements.Deliver high-quality support and assurance as the work is rolled out.Ability to grow in the role and take ownership of projects end-to-end.Ability to learn and innovate!Who we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for?You\xe2\x80\x99re curious about things like the client experience, the rapid developments in tech, and the complex world of fintech regulation.
