The ideal candidate will be extremely proficient and proven in the design and implementation of modern web application architectures. You must be strong in all aspects of mico-services, data access layers, API first design, single click deployment and technologies such as Java & Spring. xe2x88x99 2-5 years of experience with Java development and architecture
xe2x88x99 Extensive experience using open source software librariesxe2x88x99 Experience with Spring/Maven/Jersey and building REST APIs .Strong experience in at least one MVC architecture or application of the pattern. Must have built end to end continuous integration and deployment infrastructure for micro services
xe2x88x99 Strong commitment to good engineering discipline and process including code reviews
and delivering unit tests in conjunction with feature delivery
xe2x88x99 Must possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills are required.
xe2x88x99 Self-starter that is results focused with the ability to work independently and in teams.GOOD TO HAVE:
xe2x88x99 Previous experience with SQL ( Oracle, MySQL, Postgres)
xe2x88x99 Prior experience building modular, common and scalable services
xe2x88x99 Experience using chef, puppet or other deployment automation tools
xe2x88x99 Experience working within a distributed engineering team including offshore
xe2x88x99 Bonus points if you have contributed to an open source project
xe2x88x99 Familiarity and experience with agile (scrum) development process
