Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer with a specialization in front-end technologies, particularly React. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both client and server-side development, contributing to the creation of dynamic and responsive web applications. This role requires expertise in React.js for the front end, coupled with a strong understanding of server-side technologies.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Front-End Development:
In-depth experience with React.js/Vue.js and its core principles.
Strong proficiency in Web Development (HTML5, CSS3, Typescript/Javascript).

Ability to implement responsive design flex-based principles ensuring optimal user experiences across various devices.

2. Server-Side Interaction:
Basic knowledge of server-side interactions, including RESTful APIs.
Experience with asynchronous request handling / Backend for Frontend systems

3. Version Control:
Proficiency in using version control systems, particularly Git.

4. Collaboration:
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

• 2 years of experience in building production grade front end applications
• 1 years of experience in building production grade back end applications

Preferred Qualifications
1. Full-Stack Proficiency:
- Advanced understanding of both front-end (React) and server-side technologies.
- Experience with server-side frameworks such as Node.js, Express, or similar.

2. Database Management:
- Proficiency in working with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and integrating them into applications.
- Knowledge of data modeling and database optimization.

3. Web Security:
- Familiarity with web security best practices and the implementation of secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.

4. Testing and Automation:
- Experience with front-end and back-end testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of automated testing and continuous integration.

5. State Management:
- Expertise in state management within React applications, using tools like Redux or Context API.

6. Cloud & CI/CD:
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD process.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality React components and features for web applications in CI/CD environment.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to ensure end-to-end functionality.
- Implement server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and interact with databases to deliver robust solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and troubleshoot issues.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in React.js and related technologies.
