Our team is dedicated to empowering users across Southeast Asia to handle payments, top-ups, and cashouts through diverse channels. Serving as a fundamental element within Grab\'s payment ecosystem, we act as the bridge between Grab and external partners. While our primary focus lies in implementing new integrations, we are also highly committed to reducing technical debt. Quality remains our top priority in all our endeavors.
We are looking for passionate developers who not only possess the necessary skill sets but also offer more, to become part of our team. In this role, you will have the chance to design, develop, and maintain backend components and services. You will collaborate closely with the product, business, and program management teams to ensure timely delivery of your work. Additionally, you will take on a mentorship role within the team, helping to achieve our collective goals and deliverables.The day-to-day activities

• Design, implement & manage backend services that impact millions of users.
• You will participate in technical and product review meetings
• Grow in an environment passionate about knowledge-sharing and code review.
• You are accountable for the timely closure of all the assigned development tasks/engineering activities.
• You are responsible for delivering high quality, bug-free code
• You are required to participate in team on-call rotation to help us achieve operational excellence

QualificationsThe Must-Haves

• Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of working experience.
• Good Computer Science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
• Proficient with at least one language commonly used for backend services development (Go, C++, C, C#, Java, Python etc.), but willing to work on Golang. \xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8bProficiency in Golang will be a strong advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, and strong willingness to communicate and coordinate with others from different culture and language backgrounds.
• Self-motivated, fast learner, and great team player.
• Willing to learn new technologies.
