Job Title: AI Engineer


Job Location: Bangalore





Looking for highly motivated individuals, passionate about generative AI, foundational models, deep phenotyping to join the newly formed AI group. As an AI Engineer, you will partner with engineering to create application using LLM.




Responsibilities


Your responsibilities include the following:


• Fine tuning the prompts to get better results from the RAG.


• Testing the prompts responses thoroughly using standard NLP testing strategies.


• Understand the requirements, work with various stakeholder and platform teams.





Basic Qualifications


• Proven ability to craft, iterate, and optimize prompts for various large language models (LLMs) like OpenAI GPT, Anthropic, LLaMA, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of tokenization, context length limitations, and LLM capabilities/constraints.
• Proficiency in Python for implementing prompt templates using libraries like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Solid understanding of NLP concepts such as embeddings, transformers, and vector similarity searches.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Testing and Validation of RAG architecture : Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for NLP systems to validate prompt consistency at scale.
• Understanding of one area of computer science (e.g., Natural Language Understanding, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Algorithmic Foundations of Optimization), with related software development experiences.
