Job Title: Software Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad
Reports to: Manager, Software Engineering

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer with good experience in software product development using Salesforce.com technologies and Lightning Web Components. You are involved in the design, development, and continued enhancement of our features along with writing unit & integration tests to ensure features never break. It includes designing and implementing features of the Conga product suite.

This is a critical role where the Salesforce Engineer stands as a backbone of the project and helps in accurately assessing the growth and regression of a business. You will enhance the company\'s operations with the expertise of Salesforce development services.

Are you the person we\'re looking for?

Salesforce Expertise. You are likely to have 3 + years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and expertise in Apex batch, Apex classes, Apex triggers, custom settings, workflow rules, wide defaults and sharing rules, reports and dashboards, Visualforce, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Java, or other object-oriented languages with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming/design.

LWC Expertise. You likely have more than 2 years of experience in Lightning Web Components, Events, Component Life Cycle.

Front-end development. You should have knowledge of frontend development technologies such as JavaScript, JS Frameworks (AngularJS, JQuery), HTML5 concepts, CSS abstraction (Less, SASS), and Web services (REST/SOAP).

Education. A bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You\'re not just comfortable engaging in collaborative discussions, but initiating them, too. You are skilled at reading and adapting to different communication styles. When you speak you are clear and concise. Your strong listening skills allow you to accurately collect the right information so you can resolve issues in the most expedient way.

Exposure to mature SDLC practices. Understanding of Agile methodologies. Experience with unit testing, code coverage, and security scan tools. Proficient in working with source control tools like GitHub.

Champion of the Customer. You understand that customers are one of business\' most important assets and you take that seriously. With more than 11,000 customers around the globe entrusting Conga with their business we make a commitment to their success and would love to hear how you will too!

Certifications. Salesforce Admin and Salesforce platform developer certification is an added advantage.
