Essential Job Duties Monitoring the performance and capacity of all systems quickly and effectively take actions. Responding to alerts and escalations. Work with engineering teams to define Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for System Management and Response Team (SMART). Automate SOPs. Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues and errors. Tracking and documenting issues and compiling Incident reports. Collaborating with teams on the development and maintenance of network infrastructure. Creating Monitoring alerts and Dashboards. Other Job Duties Other duties as assigned by supervisor or HHAeXchange leader. Point of contact for major Incidents. Improve the monitoring system Required Education, Experience, Certifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering. 1+ years of relevant experience. Knowledge of configuring Monitoring tools. Examples Datadog, Uptrends, and Azure. AWS Certification (Good to have) Knowledge of Atlassian tools \' Jira, OpsGenie, StatusPage. Excellent written and verbal communication. Flexible, team player, \'get-it-done\' personality. Ability to organize and plan work independently. Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
