Sagri, founded in 2018, is an agri-tech start-up, solving issues in agriculture and climate change. Sagri has technological superiority in satellite data-based farmland demarcation and soil analysis, which are the basis for the creation of carbon credits from farmland. We are conducting demonstrations and operations in India, Bangladesh, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Kenya, Tanzania, Brazil, and Peru.Website: https://sagri.tokyo/en/The RoleIn this role, you will join the pioneer development team of Sagri in India and will report to the CTO. You will be responsible for:

• Developing web applications, delivering new features, and improving the relevance of core products.
• Identifying major system bottlenecks or flaws in business logic and proactively addressing them.
• Taking ownership of core product problems, developing the solutions you love, and proving through data that it is impactful at scale.
• Working cross-functionally with teams including Product Management, Design, Engineering, and senior stakeholders to understand product requirements.
• Operating at an individual level to work across the stack to solve business problems.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and discussing ideas and challenges openly
• Staying on top of industry trends to ensure our product is always ahead of the demand curve

• You possess a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer/Developer in SaaS/Software product-based companies
• You have solid hands-on experience working with popular development languages/frameworks including but not limited to Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, and you can easily pick up new tech stacks.
• You have a proven track record of delivering top-notch products or features.
• Experience building 0 to 1, either in a startup or as part of a new business within large organizations, would be preferred
• You possess excellent knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and are well-versed in best practices
• You also have experience collaborating with multiple teams and key stakeholders to drive successful business outcomes
• You are an analytical, problem-solver, with excellent product instincts
• You value team communication and information sharing and are highly motivated to learn and acquire new skills
• You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can quickly embrace change
