• We are looking for a Salesforce Developer who is self-starter to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment that can join our Salesforce Core Team.
• This a global role that requires partnering with the broader JLLT team at the country, regional and global level by utilizing in-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.

Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Understand business requirements and implement them in Salesforce using the most optimal tools and technologies, with configuration first approach
\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all the development work done aligns with Salesforce best practices
\xc2\xb7 Ensure that the development done is reliable, high-performance and reusable
\xc2\xb7 Construct workflow charts and technical diagrams if required
\xc2\xb7 Work with product managers to do rapid prototyping and POCs
\xc2\xb7 Ensure that features developed are fulfilling the established acceptance criteria.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all the configuration and customization work is supported with test cases
\xc2\xb7 Provide support in performing QA testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing as needed.
\xc2\xb7 Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements, then deploy them to production
\xc2\xb7 Work on Tech initiatives and be well versed with upcoming salesforce releases and understand their impactSounds like you? To apply you need to be:Experience & Education
\xc2\xb7 A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited institution is required
\xc2\xb7 A degree from these majors are preferred:
\xc2\xb7 Information Technology/Computer Science/Information Systems
\xc2\xb7 Maths or other engineering disciplinesTechnical Skills & Competencies
Mandatory
\xc2\xb7 Excellent technical, analytical and organizational skills.
\xc2\xb7 Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of out of box Salesforce functionality and best practices around Salesforce configuration and customization
\xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, flows, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.
\xc2\xb7 Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements
\xc2\xb7 Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, SOQL, Unit Testing, Lightning Components)
\xc2\xb7 Experience with Lightning Component development
\xc2\xb7 Experience with Agile development methodologies such as XP/SCRUM
\xc2\xb7 Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions
\xc2\xb7 Open-minded with good interpersonal skills
\xc2\xb7 Able to work well in a team and can work independently on work items
\xc2\xb7 A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environmentGood to have:
\xc2\xb7 Should have worked with an editor such as VS Code.
