RR: 244200 Position: Jira Admin Exp: 5+ years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners - .Should hold a Bachelor\'s degree in the IT field and have two or more years\' experience .Be passionate about driving change and delivering value to the team\'s customers using the Atlassian tools .Possess excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills be able to work independently with minimal supervision .Must have strong experience in the configuration of Bitbucket, Confluence, and Jira Service Management .Hold one of the following five Atlassian certifications: .Jira Administration (ACP-100), .Jira Project Administration (ACP-600), .Jira ServiceDesk Administration (ACP-400), .Confluence Administration (ACP-200) .Jira System Administration (ACP-500) .Demonstrate knowledge of Atlassian scripting (specifically Groovy) and scripting tools .Platform operation knowledge of AWS .Knowledge of configuration-as-code tools (e.g. Terraform or Cloud Formation) and techniques is an advantage. The Tooling Support Team within the Environment Management Services department is responsible for the operation of collaborative tooling and CI/CD tooling across the Bank of Ireland. The Atlassian tool set is in significant demand within the Bank of Ireland, and is being migrated to an enterprise AWS collaborative tooling platform. The Atlassian Administrator will report to the EMS Tooling Support manager and have a range of responsibilities including but not limited to: . Responding to support requests received from EMS customers diligently and effectively . Ensuring that EMS customers\' requirements of the Atlassian tools receive the optimum outcome from our range of existing solutions and plug-ins . Operating the Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket tools proactively within capacity and performance parameters . Contributing to and the documentation of best practices in the use of Atlassian tools.
