:Manage a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc. Here are few key highlights:

• Lead talented team of engineers working on strategic products development
• Collaborate with global teams of engineers, architects and product managers to innovate, design and deliver world class products and features
• Help lead integrating technologies like Gen AI, RAG, Machine Learning to help stay ahead of competitors
• Manage high quality deliverables for quarterly releases
• Promote test driven development practices and motivate team to own end-to-end delivery
• Work closely with Support to provide proactive and reactive support for customer issues and escalations
• Build and Retain a high performing team by hiring and nurturing top talent

Career Level - M5Responsibilities:As a Senior Director of the software engineering division, you will apply your extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to current and future design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and envision improvements to the architecture.

• Strong background in leading Enterprise SaaS Applications development and engineering teams
• 10 to 15+ years of experience is required in management and leading cloud applications development
• Lead a strong Engineering team who are responsible for innovation and enhancement of products at a rapid pace
• Partner with remote, geographically distributed teams including Product Management and customers effectively and efficiently
• Be very technically hands-on and own/drive key engineering initiatives and improvements
• Participate in the entire software lifecycle - development, testing, CI and devops support
• Work closely with senior management and architects
• Build a high performing team by hiring and nurturing top talent
• Strong troubleshooting and performance analysis skills to help guide engineers resolve critical escalations
