If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil N\xc4\x81du (IN-TN), India (IN).Roles and responsibilities:

  • Perform daily health checks and break fix support on monitoring platforms.
  • Configure and maintain central monitoring platforms.
  • Manage new technology integrations into monitoring systems.
  • Respond to the issues on timely manner as agreed to the customer.
  • He/she should have good logical skills and experience in delivering quality output.
  • Provide solutions to customer issues and suggest developers for improvements/enhancements.
  • Should have strong debugging skills.
  • Reacting to the issues with effective proactive monitoring and management solutions.
  • Serve as the point of contact with client for system-related issues.
  • Manage the support of cognitive platform applications as per client SLAs and cover the following functions: BOT monitoring, troubleshooting & bug fix.
  • Understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management process.
Skills Required:
  • Basic IT experience in RPA domain.
  • Domain knowledge - Healthcare, Banking & Finance, Manufacturing
  • Understanding of any of the RPA technologies like
  • UiPath
  • Automation Anywhere
  • Blue Prism
Shift:
  • Must be comfortable working in 24/7 shift. Preferably in Night Shift.
