Job Title Software Development - Professional/Specialist Job Posting Title : Business Object What does a successful Business Object Consultant do at Fiserv Strong work experience in a Data Warehousing Environment using Business Objects in an AIX / Linux and DB2 environment Need to have good knowledge / experience on the new and emerging BI reporting solutions and trends. Need to have cloud experience Possess excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge of all phases of Software Development Life Cycle SDLC (Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Documentation). What you will do: Must have strong overall Business Objects Experience and Knowledge from design to installation Strong working knowledge of Enterprise Products Suite (Universe Designer, Desktop Intelligence, Web Intelligence, Info View, CMC, etc) Full Implementation experience of both Server and Client software components as well as converting existing prior versions to latest version Adhoc / WEBI Reporting and Scheduling Universe Design, Creation, Objects, Conditions, Joins, Aliases Setting up of Disaster Recovery Server and Procedures Setting up of LDAP and AD Groups Ability to work with SAP Support to resolve issues What you will need to have: Good working knowledge of: Data Warehouse Concepts, Database design/architecture Star Schema / Snow Flake Design Dimensional and Fact Table Design Strong DB2 / SQL experience Good working knowledge of WebSphere and deployment of applications within WebSphere environment What would be great to have: Databases: UDB DB2, Oracle, MS SQL Server Data Warehousing: Star-Schema, Snowflakes, FACT, Dimensions.
