About the role:
The Legal-Compliance IT team is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to play a key role on the Product Teams. The Analyst will be a key contributor in the ongoing delivery and expansion of Legal and Compliance solutions to drive efficiency across BSC sites/Stakeholders. They will collaborate with the entire Product Team, stakeholders, and other functions, to deliver updates and changes that drive business value. The preferred candidate is an individual with strong analytical, communication, process improvement, critical thinking and business partnership skills. The ideal candidate works best within a team environment, is a self-starter, detailed oriented, is capable of handling multiple projects, and is committed to quickly delivering high-quality services and solutions within deadlines.

Boston Scientific uses several software applications to enable Legal and Compliance teams to manage their work globally. The Product Teams enable new projects and enhancements, and support the tools for users in different countries. The Business Systems Analyst will:

• Design and deliver innovative, creative solutions
• Track progress to ensure achievement of all milestones and deliverables while managing risks and issues
• Provide updates to management and all stakeholders of progress through frequent communications of findings at regular intervals via reports and meetings
• Be Subject Matter Expert in multiple applications
• Continue to learn the ways and means of how the different applications can be used and leveraged to support the company\'s success and overall goals

Your Responsibilities

• Follow the priorities set by Product Manager/Product Owner
• Lead Scrum ceremonies
• Work closely with Product Team members and Customers to collaboratively define requirements driving a complete understanding of the changes

• Own the BSC documentation updates; Gather and document the requirements; Update the existing documentation with any changes made to the system

• Assisting with support-related activities by digging into or triage reported issues to better understand and facilitate issue resolution
• Work with the development team, cross functional teams, business team and the vendor to ensure the application is stable
• Assist/Guide other team members to further troubleshoot and analyze technical issues
• Work closely with Vendors holding them accountable for their work

• Support the daily production support activities
• Review Technical changes for cross functional impacts
• Be aware of and comply with BSC policies
• If required, help build the training material and help with user training

What we\'re looking for:

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor\'s degree, preferred Masters/MBA
• A minimum of 5 years of overall experience
• Experience in Product Teams and SCRUM methodologies
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies
• Experience partnering with IT, Vendor and/or Business Customers on projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members across the globe
• Test development and execution
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Self-starter with strong, team player, proactive work ethic and fast learner
• Proven ability to navigate organizational network to get to the right person
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
• Being imaginative & having high creative quotient
• Creative thinker to look for continued ways to utilize and optimize capabilities of the system.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using JIRA
• Experience in MedTech industry
• Background in Salesforce
• Experience in Sunshine /Transparency reporting
• Experience working on large scale projects
