- At least 5-8 years of experience as Project Manager
- Experience on development/management of CRM solution and customer front-ending applications
- Good communication, technical & analytical skills
- Good knowledge of IIS/Apache/WebSphere/Oracle 12C
- Responsible for end-to-end project management
- Skilled in troubleshooting of performance issues, diagnose and resolve in critical production environment.
- Proficient in managing QA, UAT, software product releases & production support
- Proficient in software development lifecycle, requirement analysis, architectural design, holding technical discussions, implementation, impact analysis, deployment & documentation
Experience Profile At least 5-8 years of experience as Project Manager
