• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
• Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams
• Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems

The Prime Video X-Ray team mission is to build enriching and immersive experiences that provide customers new ways to interact with the Prime Video content. Today, Millions of viewers rely on us to enrich their live game experience with real time stats, information and watch movies with scene and actors information and shop. The Prime Video X-Ray Video Analysis and Automation Team is a new team, who's mission to build bar raising innovative solutions to enhance the customer experiences for movies, episodes, live games and next generation video on demand.



As a Prime Video X-Ray software manager, you will be leading a team delivering Prime Video X-Ray experiences using state of the art machine learning powered solutions for Prime Video customers. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and operations of critical services that power the X-Ray features on Prime Video platform. You will have an established track record in launching highly available customer-facing services and experiences. You will possess strong technical ability, excellent project management skills, solid communication skills, an ability and desire to achieve results in a fast-paced environment and a passion for bringing a world class entertainment experience to Amazon customers.



You will be part of the leadership group looking to brainstorm, design and launch features and experiences across geographies. In this role, you will be engineering the next generation of Innovative solutions that will deliver live sports, movies, series, seasons, and episodes to millions of Prime Video Customers.



• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
