:We are seeking a Software Development Manager in the TPM Integration organization. Our organization owns the mission critical systems that connect hundreds of customers to the TPM cloud application. You will join a fast-paced, high-profile software development team located in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate is a hands-on manager who has excellent technical skills to design and develop complex solutions for integration TPM with customers\' ERP systems. You will lead a team of software engineers in India and collaborate with the other development teams in the U.S. Additionally, you will need to drive architecture decisions and participate in defining future enhancements and the product roadmap.Career Level - M2Responsibilities:As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated

• Design and develop TexturaLink solutions for TPM integration
• Spend 60-70% of time in code development as one of the principal engineers
• Drive architecture decisions and contribute to the organization's direction and strategy
• Support customer implementation using the TexturaLink integration platform
• Guide and mentor a team of 5-7 talented engineers
• Identify, recruit and retain strong engineering talent in India
• Establish and develop best practices for the team and help adopt relevant technologies, tools, and methods
• Collaborate with other engineering teams in the U.S.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or Information Services is preferred)
• 2+ years of managing a software development team or acting in a technical lead role
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience in either Python or Java
• 2+ years in designing and architecting applications
• Experience building integration to ERP or accounting systems
• High degree of knowledge in web services, middleware/ESB tools and B2B integration
• Experience working with external partners and vendors
• Ability to translate customer requirements and features into design specifications
• Experience with agile/test driven methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner
