• Familiarity and hands on experience with DevOps principles including code repository, code management, CI/CD.
• Innovate around GenAI applications and productivity automation.
• Public multi-cloud and private cloud administration.
• Continuous learning for keeping up the latest research, tools, and techniques in the rapidly evolving generative AI landscape.
• Adopt best-in-class methodologies and improve Lattice's capabilities where needed.
• Develop strong relationships with worldwide teams.
• Occasional travel as needed.

• BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer systems degree, or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of overall experience in software development.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages like tcl, perl, or python. Tcl strongly preferred.
• Independent worker with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work with multiple groups across different sites and time zones.
