You will design and implement robust automated testing solutions, define testing strategies, and lead quality initiatives. Additionally, you will mentor and collaborate with a high-performing team to push the boundaries of software testing excellence.What Youll DoTest Automation Development

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performing test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, JUnit, and TestNG.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage for complex applications.

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Conduct both manual and automated tests to identify bugs and ensure software meets user expectations.
• Perform performance and scalability tests using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.

CI/CD Integration

• Seamlessly integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) for continuous feedback.
• Maintain and monitor test environments to support rapid releases.

Strategy & Mentorship

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to create test strategies, plans, and detailed test cases.
• Mentor junior SDETs and QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and innovation.

Documentation

• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including strategies, test cases, and test results.

Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software within deadlines.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, and TestNG.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.

Preferred Skills
