Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) who can bridge the gap between development and quality assurance. In this hybrid role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing robust test automation frameworks, contributing to product development, and ensuring the highest quality standards for our platform. Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Write comprehensive test cases for new features, covering functional, integration, and edge-case scenarios.
• Conduct performance, scalability, and security testing to ensure robustness.
• Perform exploratory testing to identify potential gaps in the system.

Development Responsibilities

• Contribute to product development by writing production-quality code for small-to-medium features or internal tools.
• Fix bugs, refactor legacy code, and implement reusable components to enhance codebase quality.
• Assist in developing APIs, microservices, or UI components as needed.
• Develop tools and utilities to support testing, monitoring, and debugging.

Collaboration and Process Improvement

• Review code written by developers and provide constructive feedback to improve quality.
• Drive improvements in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

Key Skills and QualificationsMandatory Skills

• Programming Languages : Strong in at least one (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript).
• Testing Expertise : Proficient in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• API Testing : Hands-on experience with tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Performance Testing : Familiarity with tools like JMeter, Gatling, or Locust.
• Debugging and Logs : Ability to debug code and analyze logs for troubleshooting.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with prototyping AI/ML-driven QA solutions .
• Understanding of accessibility and usability testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
