Channel the power of YOU and begin the journey to becoming a CSGerWe are looking for a Software Development Engineer who will:This position is responsible for designing, analyzing, writing code, modifying and debugging CSG product applications. Additional duties include performing release testing, interfacing with end-user to define requirements and completing technical documentation. May assist with on-site client issues and partnering with team members to complete complex software development assignments.

• You will understand the telecom business requirements created as features in Agile SDLC.
• You will complete feature work or maintenance successfully with minimal guidance from Senior members.
• You will interact with Product Owner and Architects about the implementation/design of the feature in planning and grooming meetings.
• You will implement the feature using required programming languages (C/C++/EPM/Perl). You\xe2\x80\x99ll be open to working on any programming language and not to any specific programming language.
• You will present your outcome to stake holders, architects, product management on sprint demo day.
• You will deliver the feature with quality.
• You will provide coaching/mentoring to junior and newly hired developers.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of Software Development Experience is must with C / C++ Programming Language experience is preferred. Our work involves only 20% in C/C++ and 80% in other Programming languages (Perl, Groovy, GoLang, etc..) including CSG proprietary Programming language EPM.
• Experience using Unix/Linux environments to develop, deploy, and manage commercial applications is desired.
• Experience in SQL with anyone of the Relational Database (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MSSQL) is desired.
• Experience in scripting languages like Shell and Perl is favorable.
• Experience in Singleview is favorable.
• Experience in building Telecom Billing or any other Enterprise Level Application is favorable.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum. Experience with scaled agile practices is favorable.
• Experience with ADO and DevOps is favorable.
