Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Development/Coding of SW modules required to deliver product deliverables -
To participate in design discussions and decisions -
To test the developed SW modules to maintain quality -
To be part of Agile scrum team as part of SAFe process and commit to the priority tasks -
Debugging the issues and providing bug fixes -
Have good understanding of GPON, XGSPON technologies with having working knowledge of ONTs, OLTs, Network protocols and Linux -
Participate in discussions along with product owner to understand the product requirements -
Good written and verbal communication skills to communicate with team members.
Basic Qualifications:
-
BE/BTech/MCA/MTech/ ECE/EEE degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field is preferred. -
Experience of 3-7 years in individual contribution role as SW developer is must to have. -
Proficiency in C, C++, Robot framework is mandatory. -
Excellent communication skills -
Understanding Networking protocols like DHCP, PPPOE, CFM, ARP, VLANs, TCP/IP etc. -
Have working knowledge on Ethernet, GPON, XGSPON technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Development life cycle process understanding -
Have working knowledge on Linux. -
Understanding and reviewing the code and give review comments. -
Debugging the code in case of critical customer issues
Success Criteria:

Ability to understand the requirements and quickly learn to implement and deliver. -
Should be able to identify issues and implement changes.
