Today our operations span a prolific and award-winning content studio that packages and produces shows for OTT platforms, live events production and a global brand solutions business.About the Product:Hypothesis is a one-stop AI-powered engine that enables not just influencers to be the best versions of themselves but also serves as a central-platform of information, insights & tools for all influencer marketing needs.Hypothesis covers all aspects of branded content creation, right from influencer discovery, influencer outreach, planning and executing a campaign, gathering landscape intelligence, and optimizing your brand ROI to tracking a campaign in real-time and sharing results seamlessly.Hypothesis aims at paving the path for global standards in the influencer marketing measurement and brand content effectiveness for brands, enabling brands to clearly attribute awareness, consideration and conversion to their influencer marketing efforts.It also aims to streamline the creator journey using social media intelligence, to help creators reach their full potential by connecting with brands and growing their audiences and enabling them to monetise through powerful content creation, community building and branded collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Be part of a team that will be building SAAS products from scratch.As an engineer you have expertise on building scalable api with microservice architecture.Becoming part of a cross-functional self-sustaining team with end to end responsibilityParticipate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on creating Technical Requirement Documents, development, testing, deployment and maintenanceDriving, defined software architecture and enterprise capabilities (scalability, fault tolerance, extensibility, maintainability, etc.)Develop and inculcate a culture of maintaining highest levels of development practices including: technical design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution, quality assurance, writing clean, modular and self-sustaining code, with repeatable quality and predictabilityTechnical Skills:Technically hands-on with prior experience in scalable architecture6+ years of software engineering and product delivery experienceExceptional coding skills in at least one of the mainstream languages (Python/Golang)Strong object-oriented design skills, ability to apply design patterns, and an uncanny ability to design intuitive module and class-level interfacesStrong understanding of systems architecture components like caches, queues, lambda functions, databases, k8s and networkingExperience leading multi-engineer projects and mentoring junior engineersWell-versed with Agile methodologies and expertise in cloud technologies like AWS/Google Cloud/AzureExcellent written & verbal communication skills focused on improving collaboration.Qualifications and Prior Experience:BE/ B. Tech. or above in Computer Science /Software Engineering5+ years of relevant industry experience.1+ years of experience as a software engineer in the top product or enterprise SaaS with hands-on experience in relevant technologies.
