Job Summary: We are looking for an accomplished and visionary engineering leader to lead our Data Visualisation and Analytics team. This role entails architecting and executing sophisticated data pipelines, developing cutting-edge frameworks for visualisation, and steering analytics initiatives that define the next generation of our offerings. As a key leader, you will oversee a talented team of engineers and BI developers, delivering Oracle Analytics Server / Oracle Analytics Cloud capabilities through SaaS applications. You will also champion "one-way, same-way" practices, ensuring consistency and alignment within our BI ecosystem, while working closely with the product management team to drive a unified analytics strategy.



Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience (12+ years) in data engineering, data visualisation, and analytics leadership roles.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms, particularly Oracle Analytics Server or Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Strong background in SaaS applications and the integration of analytics capabilities within SaaS offerings.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional collaborations effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills

As a director of the software engineering division, you will apply your extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems, Oracle Analytics Server, Oracle Analytics Cloud and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and envision future improvements to the architecture.
