We are seeking a Software Developer with a passion for technology, programming, and scripting to join our Common Assets team within the SWPS organization.
This team's primary responsibility is to develop and maintain automated tools and assets used in the software development pipeline flows. These resources support development teams across Ericsson in their daily activities, from internal development processes to customer delivery.
Your tasks will involve driving the implementation of these assets from start to finish. This includes analysis, design, implementation, and testing to ensure high-quality results.
As a successful candidate, you will work within this agile team, collaborating with various software development teams within the BOS portfolio, to improve and maintain the Continuous Automation environment, including tools.What you will do:

• Work with continues improvements and drive towards modern technologies
• Develop pipelines, tools and services
• Perform trouble shooting and customer support
• Be part of an impactful team that can make a change in the organization

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Technical education at the university level or similar experience
• At least 7 years of experience in software and product development
• English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Excellent skills in communication, both verbally and written
• High customer focus with high accountability for delivering high-quality products
• Have deep skills in software development
• Have deep skills in programming in general.
• Have deep skills in Python programming required
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Solid understanding of R&D, Lean, and Agile principles
• Solid experience in Cloud Native technologies, e.g., Docker, Kubernetes
• Furthermore, we believe you are curious, innovative, high own self-drive, and collaborative

Meritorious qualifications:

• Have troubleshooting skills
• Have experience in general tools and techniques: E.g. Docker, GIT, Jenkins, Maven, Mesos, MongoDB, MySQL, Kubernetes
• Experience in Opensearch and Renovate typescript
• Experience of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA, web services, REST)
• Experience of agile development
