• Must be able to comprehend the clients requirements quickly and give feasible technical solutions in a timely manner.

• Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.

• Ability to work with a geographically dispersed organization and customers.

• Team player and quick learner with desire to learn new technology.

• Analyze and align the clients current business process with Association Management Solution capabilities.

• Create and update customer facing documentation.

• Masters degree in Computer Science or relevant Engineering degree.

• 1-3 years of Salesforce configuration and development experience

• Proficiency in a variety of Salesforce features including, but not limited to:

• Creating custom objects and fields

• Flows

• Process Builder

• Validation Rules

• SOQL query language

• Visual Force pages

• Triggers, Batch Classes, Schedulers

• Custom Apex Controllers

• Salesforce security features

• Development experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and JavaScript

• Good Knowledge of packaging and deploying the application

• Proficient knowledge in Object Oriented Programming Technology

• Good Communication skills - Verbal and Written. Must be able to effectively communicate & work with fellow team members and Clients to coordinate & meet deliverable.

• Certifications: Nice to have - Salesforce Consultant, Administrator, Developer, or Architect Certifications.

• Added Advantage if have Consulting Experience.
