We are looking for a Software Developer for our Pune location whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission "to provide a fantastic customer experience". Someone who is passionate about technology and can work both on a team and independently. We will provide the necessary training, support, and work environment to help you succeed. These responsibilities will give you an idea, but not a full picture of what you will do as a Software Developer, as we work to embrace and capitalize on our employee's strengths:
• Work on a software development team to create and maintain internal and external business products
• Perform end-user support on custom applications including Dynamics 365, PowerBI, and Sharepoint
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Manage bug fixes and feature requests and coordinate their implementation with our development team
• Coordinate within a cross-departmental team to solve business problems
• Work directly with customers, developers, and business analysts to meet functional product requirements
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and practices.
• Other tasks as assigned

Does experience count?
• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Experience in C#, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React, D365, GIT, REST APIs
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Development, Plugins, Web Resources) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
