Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle


Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team focuses on product development


and product strategy for Oracle Health while building a complete platform


supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business,


constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative

world-class engineering center focusing on excellence. At Oracle Health, we aim to improve healthcare and quality of life globally through better


experience and easier access to health and research data for patients and


healthcare providers.


We are looking for hands-on engineers with expertise and passion in solving difficult


problems in all areas of software engineering: distributed systems, identity,


security, observability, and user experience.

from the ground up. We are growing fast, still at an early stage, and working on

Who are we looking for?


We're seeking for full-stack engineers with distributed systems experience to modernize


OHAI's Revenue Cycle product portfolio includes integration with new AI/ML


capabilities. You are technically strong and get a lot done - you've worked on highly


available, scalable, and redundant services. You've built rich tools and web apps for use


by your team and other internal customers. You have experience with one of major


cloud services like OCI, AWS or Azure. You understand that simple systems are easier to


operate and fix. You can balance speed and quality with iteration and incremental


improvements. You've made life easier for other developers and motivated your


teams to make process and service improvements with your ability to automate


and instrument properly to get the correct data. You understand operational excellence


and how to install a dedicated culture with your teammates.


The person in this role will supply key features and improvements.



Minimum Qualifications


Overall 10+ years Cloud Native Software development experience BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise server-side Java application Strong with automation and tooling, system design , CI/CD implementatios Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment Strong grasp of Computer Science concepts (data structures, algorithms, and programming paradigms) Proficiency in at least a couple of the following languages:as per preferences Java, Python, JavaScript Strong experience working with XML, JDBC, SQL, JMS, LDAP, HTTP, JAX-WS, JAXP, JAXB, REST, HTML, JSON, JSP, AJAX, Javascript, React/JQuery Experience with production operations and best practices for putting quality code in production and troubleshooting issues when they arise Able to effectively communicate technical ideas verbally and in writing (technical proposals, design specs, architecture diagrams, and presentations)
Preferred Qualifications


Hands-on experience developing services on a public cloud platform (e.g., AWS,Azure, Oracle) Understanding of key performance indicators and how to dig into them. Experience and understanding of multi-AD/AZ and regional data centers. Building continuous integration/deployment pipelines with robust testing and deployment schedules. Experience building software that uses AI/ML models.

Responsibilities

Interacts with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for core platform products. Develops and codes software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources. Identifies meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources; interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers.


You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with developing, designing, and debugging healthcare software applications on Cloud (OCI) platform


Responsibilities Include:


Work with Product and lead the product development. Deliver production-ready code quality and adhere to cloud-native design principles Collaborate with the Oracle Engineering communities Contribute to design, and security reviews, OHAI knowledge base. Be responsive and participate in complex troubleshooting Address the system availability and scalability related challenges Foresee dependencies, risks, and issues with designs and technical strategy, and react early to resolve Getting involved in anything that will help the organization thrive, whether a big project or small task * Deliver scalable solutions adhering to infra, application, and data security
