Job RequirementsA BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experienceA minimum of 10 years of experience in software or hardware development related fieldsA sound track-record of shipping products and having been through at least two development cyclesAbility to quickly ramp-up on complex and unfamiliar code


You will have 6+ years of experience with the following skill sets:- B.E / M.E / B.Tech / M.Tech in CS or equivalent from reputed universities with consistently good academic record- Strong and Excellent in C/C++ design and coding skills- Understanding Software development processes and practices- A very good understanding on Unix/Linux and Windows Operating System.- A Good experience on Third Party/Proprietary/Open source and integration- A Good knowledge of cmake and native C compilers including but not limited to gcc and Microsoft Visual Studio.- A Good Exposure to Development Tools like Visual Studio, Eclipse, Netbeens, G-Debugger/Strace/Truss, Valgrind (Memory leak tools) etc.- A good Experience on Dot.Net/Javascript/Core JAVA (or any one)- Nice to know about MS MSI Installation process.- An Excellent Analytical, verbal and written communication skills.- A Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple disciplines and functions (Product Management, Development Teams, QA, IT services etc.)Preferance will be given to exposure or experience on File formats, file metadata, file Content processing and exporting to other formats.Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.Compilation in automated process or using the continuous integrator Hudson/Jenkin using build tool Maven.Additionally the candidate displays understanding of roles, Responsibilities, processes and procedures.Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes.


Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise

As a member of this team you will take an active role in designing and new features implementing areas of the Outside In technology. Specific responsibilities will include maintenance and improvements to the file format parsing algorithms that maps file formats to an internal document model. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. You should be a team player who works well in a collaborative environment with peers in other development disciplines, Quality and Program Management.
