•ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM: •



We are seeking a talented Java Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable Java applications using the Spring Framework and micro service architecture WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Design, develop, and implement Java applications using best practices and coding standards.
• Utilize the Spring Framework and micro service architecture to build maintainable and scalable applications.
• Write clean, well-documented, and unit-testable code
• Adhere to secure coding practices and performance optimization guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Leverage DevOps tools to manage the software development lifecycle.
• Good understanding of Git.

Project Involvement:

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.
• Participate in high-level grooming of requirements and estimation/sizing of tasks.
• Engage in daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospective meetings with cross-functional teams.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain regular updates of work status in JIRA/ADO.
• Contribute to the development and documentation as part of release activity.

Travel:

• Be prepared to travel onsite as required by project needs.

•EXPERIENCE: •

• 2-4 years of experience as a Java Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented programming principles.
• Good understanding of the Spring Framework and micro service architecture.
• Experience writing unit tests using a testing framework (e.g., JUnit).
• Awareness of secure coding practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (Git, Jenkins, etc.) is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working Kubernetes.
• Experience with Apache Kafka.
