As a Software Development Intern at Skill Sharp 365 Innovation, you will be an integral part of our software development team, collaborating on the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. You will work on real-world projects, learning from experienced developers, and gaining exposure to the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for coding, problem-solving, and creating high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of new software applications and features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement software solutions.
• Contribute to the testing and debugging of software applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and quality.
• Help with the maintenance and enhancement of existing software products.
• Work on backend development, API integrations, and database management.
• Assist in developing and documenting technical specifications for new features and improvements.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions.
• Learn and apply best practices in software engineering, including version control, testing, and continuous integration.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular) is a plus.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL is an advantage.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• A passion for software development and continuous learning.
